Hello , I have a couple questions . # 1 My ex wife & I had a verbal agreement that our son Sam was going to live with me this year and she was going to have her attorney file the papers to switch the child support from 3 kids to 2 . She has decided that she is not going to file them and just let him live with me and keep getting child support for him cause she can't afford to lose that money for her bills .He has been living with me since june 1 and is enrolled in school here in Michigan . What do I need to do to file them ? I live in Michigan and she lives in alabama where the divorce was filed . #2 My son that is 17 quit school and took his GED test do I still have to pay child support for him when he is working full time ? Also he wants to come back to michigan but his mom says he can't till he is 18 , is that right ? Is there anyway that I can get these papers filed without spending $ 1500 on a attorney , I don't mid paying for a attorney to help but everyone wants that much up front . Any help I can get would be great . Thanks Mike
